My name is Ema Skye.

I'm from Los Angeles and I knew Mr. Edgeworth and Mr. Wright and I'm going to be a forensic investigator when I grow up.

Except I feel like I've grown up a lot just being here. And I'm not sure what's goign to happen next.

But I do know I'm really glad I met everyone here. And I don't know if we'll all see each other again, but wherever everyone goes now, we'll never forget each other. That's a scientific fact.

It's really busy and hot, except if you go outside the city where there are mountains and you can see snow! [LOS JAPAN, WHATEVER.]

Hot and it has snow? It sounds very interesting! Our village does not often get snow.

It is very nice. Small and simple, very lovely, and every time that I see it when I am returning from a mission it makes me happy. The Wilderness was it for a time, but now I know what all of the signs said and the mountain was carved into.

It is called Konohagakure, Konoha for short. The name means Village Hidden in the Leaves.

I was just a student. And I helped Mr. Wright—Mr. Truth—on one investigation, but it was the only one.

But that's okay, because it means I was still learning. And I still am! I'll be able to do anything I want if I never stop learning.

I haven't even told you. I had a whole slew of things I wanted to be! A baker and a teacher and an astronaut... Though right now, I think I really want to be a part-time world-hopper. There are so many here now.
